Our 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.


Conditions for Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Opened Seal: The original plastic bag seal (sticker or adhesive) has been broken or is missing.

  • Worn or Washed: Items have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.

  • Altered Products: Items have been altered, adjusted, or customized.

  • Odors: Items have strong scents such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.

  • Incomplete Returns: Missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or gifts included with purchase.

  • Outside Return Window: The return is initiated after the 14-day return window.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

  • Hygiene Products: Items like undergarments or swimwear where the hygiene seal is broken.

  • Incorrect Items Returned: The returned item does not match the original order.

  • Excessive Wear and Tear: Items show damage beyond normal use.

  • Incomplete Documentation: Return sent without return form or valid proof of purchase.

  • Misuse of Product: Damage caused by improper handling or negligence.

Additional Conditions:

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit (gift card) instead of a direct refund, depending on the case and customer approval.

  • Minor faults (e.g., small stains or loose threads) may result in a partial refund.

  • Compensation (discount or store credit) may be provided based on the extent of damage, at our discretion.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Fill Out the Return Form
    Use our return form (available at the bottom of this page). Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Package
    Repackage the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and any included extras.

  3. Ship Your Return
    Send the item to:

    (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.)

⚠️ Returns without an approved return request or that do not meet the policy conditions will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In some cases, store credit may be issued instead.

Damages or Issues with Orders

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, follow the return steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is processed and must be returned per our return policy.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us:

  • It will not be treated as a valid return.

  • A shipping carrier fee will be charged to the customer (ranging from €20 to €80 depending on destination).

  • Failure to pay the fee within 14 days may result in:

    • No refund issued (including shipping costs)

    • Initiation of debt collection (inkasso)

    • Block from future purchases

    • Legal action if fraudulent reorders are attempted


Customers Outside the EU

We do not offer cash refunds for international returns. Instead:

  • Store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued.

  • Original shipping costs, taxes, or customs duties are not refundable.

  • Use a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost packages.
